The dateline on this story is a few days old, but maybe you haven’t heard about it yet. Several female employees brought suit against Outback alleging that they had been overlooked for promotion based on their gender. Apparently this is the biggest settlement for the Colorado district office of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. [...]
