The Colorado Division of Labor has issued its latest Minimum Wage Order, which goes into effect January 1st.
The order covers such things as, of course, what the minimum wage is, but also includes who is exempt from the order, such as professionals, property managers, and interstate drivers. It also defines what is considered overtime.
